- We Write the Final Plan: We’ll take the insights and decisions from your retreat and create a concise 1-page strategic plan that’s ready for implementation.
- Graphic Design: The final plan is professionally designed to be shared with your board, members, and the community.

Program 3: Comprehensive 5-Day On-Site Planning with Full Strategic Plan

- 5 Days On-Site: Includes a day with your staff, two days of stakeholder interviews, one day facilitating the board retreat, and one day leading the staff retreat.
