Program #2: Strategic Planning Board Retreat with Stakeholder Interviews
3-Day On-Site Facilitation.
This program builds on Program 1 by adding a day of stakeholder interviews and research, bringing valuable member and community voices into the planning process for a more informed, inclusive strategy.
- Day 1 - Staff Deep Dive – Frank meets with the chamber's staff to explore current operations, challenges, and opportunities.
- Day 2 - Frank does a dozen or more stakeholder interviews with members, non-members, business and community leaders, elected officials, etc.
- Day 3 Morning - Board Education – Clarifies board vs. staff roles and shares industry benchmarks and best practices. Includes a board and staff visioning session.
- Day 3 Afternoon - Strategic Facilitation – Frank leads a focused retreat to align the board and staff on priorities and define strategic objectives.
Best for: Chambers looking for a comprehensive strategic planning process with stakeholder involvement while still writing the final strategic plan in-house.
Program #3: Strategic Planning Board Retreat with Stakeholder Interviews and a Written Strategic Plan
