Meet Frank Kenny
CEO and Co-founder of the Chamber Pros Community
Frank is an entrepreneur, chamber member, board member, elected chamber board chair, and former chamber President/CEO. He now consults with chambers and speaks professionally all over the world. He has worked with hundreds of chambers over the past 13 years on strategic planning, board retreats and orientations, staff training, social media, digital marketing, technology, and many other areas of chamber work.
As a chamber professional, his team was one of the first to embrace social media and digital marketing. Within 18 months of launching their campaigns, the membership of that 45-year-old chamber had doubled.
While with his chamber, Frank was appointed to the executive committee of his state’s chamber of commerce (AWB) and the board of his state’s chamber professionals association (WCCE). He is a graduate of the Western Association of Chamber Executives (W.A.C.E.) Academy program. He has a degree in finance and an MBA. Frank has served on the faculty of the Institute for Organization Management (IOM) and W.A.C.E’s Academy program.
Meet Norma Davey
Creative Director and Co-founder of the Chamber Pros Community
Norma has been in the chamber industry for 16 years. Previously, she was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a mis-sized chamber for 7 years.
She has devoted her career to the development of chambers, assisting small businesses, and enhancing communities. She is enthusiastic about collaborating with chambers and their members, providing them with comprehensive support in all aspects of social media and creative marketing. Norma firmly believes that successful small businesses are the core of flourishing communities.
She has a special talent for creative, visual marketing combined with a love of technology, which has made her an in-demand conference speaker and consultant. She is also a professional photographer. As the owner of multiple successful businesses, Norma has chaired major community festivals, and events and has served on many non-profit boards and committees.
Norma has been involved in helping with marketing of successful events such as Longview Squirrel Fest, Shop Local & Win, and Small Business Season.
Norma is a graduate of the Western Association of Chamber Executives (WACE) Academy program.
